Terms & Conditions
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, or to implement or amend any procedures, at any time without prior notice to you. Such amendments will be implemented at the discretion of the Bingo management and put into immediate effect.
Such procedural changes will only be in response to the interests and security of Bingo or the players.
The Terms and Conditions contained herein represent the complete, final and exclusive agreement between you and the Company and supersede and merge all prior agreements, representations and understandings between you and the Company with regards to playing Bingo.
General
By playing at MoonBingo.com ("Bingo"), you represent and warrant that you fully understand and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Bingo is restricted to individuals of legal age as determined in the jurisdiction in which the individual resides. You cannot play under any circumstances if you are not at least eighteen years of age.
Participation in the activities and games of Bingo (the "Game") is open only to residents of those jurisdictions where such participation is legal and not prohibited. Participation in the Game is void wherever prohibited by law.
The Company makes no representations or warranties, implicit or explicit, as to your legal right to participate in the Game nor shall any of the Company's employees, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents or retailers have the authority to make any such representations or warranties.
Employees of the Company, its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, retailers and members of the immediate families of each are not eligible to participate in the Game.
Any participation in the Game is at your sole option, discretion and risk. By playing the Game, you acknowledge that you do not find the Game or Bingo to be offensive, objectionable, unfair, or indecent.
You are only permitted to enter Bingo for your own personal entertainment and non-professional use. Any other entrance, access, use or reuse of the Bingo or the Web site is strictly prohibited.
Only one account per person is permitted. Unfortunately, this is necessary to prevent abuse of our generous "free money" policies. The management of Bingo reserves the right to withhold payment to any player pending verification of the player's identity. Bingo is played in "Autoplay" mode, whereby players will always be notified of a winning bingo card. The purchase of all cards is final.
Where there is more than 1 winning card, the jackpot will be split equally among the winning cards. All times that published in the site are local British times.
Your Account
The Company reserves the right to block your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you.
Any balance in your account at the time of such cancellation will be credited to your credit card and/or sent to you by check.
However, the Company reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in your Bingo account in any of the following circumstances:
In the case of suspected or fraudulent payment, including use of stolen credit cards, or any other fraudulent activity:
1.If you have more than one active Moon Bingo.com account;
2.If the name on your Bingo account does not match the name on the credit card(s) used to make purchases on your Bingo account;
3.If you participate in a Bingo promotion and cashout before fulfilling the requirements of that particular promotion;
4.If you provide incorrect or misleading registration information;
5.If you are not of legal age;
6.If you reside in a jurisdiction where participation in the Game is prohibited by law;
7.If you have allowed or permitted (intentionally or unintentionally) someone else to play on your Bingo account;
8.If you have not played Bingo on an individual basis for personal entertainment only (that is, you have played in a professional sense or in concert with other player(s) as part of a club, group, etc.);
9.If you have "charged back" any of the purchases made with your credit card on your Bingo account;
10.If you are found cheating or if it is determined by the Company that you have employed or made use of a system (including machines, computers, software or other automated systems) designed specifically to defeat Bingo.
We shall be entitled to inform any relevant authorities or entities (including credit reference agencies) of any payment fraud or otherwiseunlawful activity, and may employ collection services to recover payments. However, under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any unauthorized use of credit cards, irrespective of whether or not the credit cards were reported stolen.
We reserve the right to void winnings or cashins enabled by wins resulting from a technical fault (including but not limited to incorrect game payouts) with any of the games offered, OR In the event that the Company believes a user of the Service is abusing or attempting to abuse a bonus or other promotion, or is likely to benefit through abuse or lack of good faith from a gambling policy adopted by the Company, then the Company may, at its sole discretion, deny, withhold or withdraw from any user any bonus or promotion, or rescind any policy with respect to that user, either temporarily or permanently, or terminate that user's access to the Services and/or block that user's account.
The Company reserves the right to close Bingo accounts registered from certain countries. This policy was introduced after high volume credit card fraud originated in these countries. Winnings from these accounts will not be paid out more than the amount of the purchases made on the account. We apologize to the customers from the countries detailed below for the inconvenience caused.
The countries are: Albania , Armenia , Azerbaijan , Belarus , Belarussia , Bosnia , Bosnia and Herzegovina , Bulgaria , Croatia , Czech Republic , Estonia , Herzegovina , Hungary , Indonesia , Kosova , Latvia , Lithuania , Malaysia , Moldova , Montenegro , Romania , Russia , Russian Federation , Serbia , Slovakia , Slovenia, South Africa, Turkey, Ukraine and Yugoslavia .
Persons who are resident in the United States and Israel are not entitled to open an account with MoonBingo and play Bingo Games and or Instant Games for real money with Moon Bingo.
By accepting any prize and/or winnings from the Company, you consent to the use of your name for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.
No claims or disputes will be considered more than seven days after the date of the original transaction and all claims or disputes should be raised with the customer service department at support@moonbingo.com.
If you have any dispute with regard to any outcome in the Game, you must submit your complaint to the Company in writing within seven (7) days. In the event of a discrepancy between the result showing on your Bingo software and the Bingo's server software, the result showing on the Bingo's server software shall be the official and governing result of the Game.
You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on any prizes and/or winnings that you collect from the Company. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice to you, to add new activities or games to Bingo or to discontinue any activity or game of Bingo at any time.
If you do not log into your Bingo account for a period of 180 days, any balance in your account will be forfeited to the Company.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account number and password secure and secret. You shall not allow any other person or third party including, without limitation, any minor, to use or reuse your account, access and/or use any materials or information from the Web site, accept any Prize, or participate in the Games.
You are solely responsible for any purchases and/or losses that may occur on your account. The Company shall not be required to maintain user names or passwords if the Player misplaces, forgets, loses, or is otherwise unable to enter Bingo because of anything other than the Company's error.
The Company shall not be liable for computer or Internet malfunctions nor attempts by the Player to participate in the Game by methods, means or ways not intended by the Company.
If you are found to be cheating or attempting to defraud the Game, or if you make untrue and/or malicious comments with regard to the Company's operation, the Company reserves the right to publicized your actions together with your identity and e-mail address, as well as to circulate this information to other Bingo and gaming companies, banks, credit card companies, and appropriate agencies.
You shall hold the Company, its employees, officers, directors, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents and retailers harmless and shall fully indemnify same from any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages whatsoever that may arise as a result of:
(i) your entry, use, or reuse of the Web site
(ii) your use of any materials at the Web site
(iii) your entry, use, or reuse of Bingo's server
(iv) your participation in the Game, or
(v) your acceptance of any prize.
"MoonBingo" is the trade name of the Company, and you obtain no rights to such term, nor any other terms, graphics, text, concepts or methodologies, by using the Web site and the material contained therein.
Materials of the Game (whether electronically obtained or obtained by other means) are automatically void if counterfeited, mutilated, forged, altered or tampered with in any way, if illegible, mechanically or electronically reproduced, obtained outside authorized legitimate channels or if they contain printing, production, typographical, mechanical, electronic or any other errors. Liability for materials of the Game containing any error is limited to replacement of same.
Any and all materials submitted for prize claims become the property of the Company and will not be returned. The Company is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, mutilated, misdirected, or postage due mail, requests, prize claims or entries.
We recommend that customers print out all transaction data, rules of the game and payment methods and keep them in an easily accessible place. The minimum purchase on the site is £5.
The minimum withdrawal amount at Moon Bingo is £30.00.
Prior to a first withdrawal, a minimum of £30.00 must be deposited and wagered once or more, to qualify for a withdrawal.
All promotions / prizes are advertised as being in pounds sterling, however if your account is registered in Euros or US Dollars, or any other currency we may offer, then the prize or cash value will be paid to you in your currency. For example, if the advertised prize is £100 and your account is registered in US Dollars, then the prize you will receive will be £100.
You agree that, in the event that the Software or Services fails to operate correctly as a result of, but not limited to, any delay or interruption in operation or transmission, any loss or corruption of data or communication or lines failure, any person's misuse of the Sites or its contents or any error or omission in content or any other factors beyond our control:
a) the Company, its Affiliates and its third party licensors will not be responsible for any loss, including loss of winnings, that may result; and
b) if any such errors result in an increase in winnings owed or paid to you, you shall not be entitled to the winnings falling within such increase. You shall immediately inform the Company of the error and shall repay any winnings credited to your account in error to the Company (as directed by the Company) or the Company may, at its discretion, deduct an amount equal to those winnings from your account or set off such amount against any money owed to you by the Company
Bonuses
We give bonus offers from time to time. These Bonuses are subject to the following rules:
Bonus Funds are i) Bonus cash from deposits, ii) Cash from the redemption of bonus points, iii) Any other bonus cash that the player may receive from Moon Bingo from other promotions Bonuses will be credited to the Player's Account as Bingo Bonus Points or Bonus Funds only, unless otherwise stated.
Deposit Bonus In accepting any bonus on deposit offer from Moon Bingo, the player agrees to wager a minimum amount as stated in the specific terms and conditions that apply to the offer.
Wagering must be done on bingo games only. Deposits Bonuses are not implying on any instant games or slot machines, and will not count toward wagering requirements in order to keep the deposit bonus.
The first deposit bonus in Moon Bingo is 300%. The min deposit to qualify for the bonus offer for first deposit is £10. For example: If you first deposit is £10, the bonus offer is £30. The maximum bonus you can receive is £100. If you deposit less than £10 no bonus will be given.
The min deposit to qualify for bonus offer for subsequent deposits in the site is £20.
The Bonus Funds will be credited to your account immediately after your initial purchase, and will be added automatically to your account. You can't withdrawal any of the bonuses at any stage.
Bonus Funds are only available for the purchase of Bingo cards.
You can cash in any of your winnings. If you wish to cash in your deposit you need to wager minimum 3 X the amount of deposit + the amount of bonus fund prior to cashing out the deposit, before making a withdrawal of the deposit (please look also at Withdrawal Term and conditions).
If you wish to withdrawal any or all of your deposit before meeting the wagering requirement, you will forfeit you Bonus Funds.
For example: If your second deposit is £20, you will immediately receive a bonus of £10. You must then wager at least £90 before making cash in of the deposit. Any winnings you earn may be cashed out at any time, irrespective of whether this was with Bonus Funds or your initial deposit.
Any winnings that result from purchases of Bingo cards with Bonus Funds may be cashed out if the player's Bingo Account has previously been funded with a cash deposit.
A promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer and only one (1) introductory bonus offer can be claimed. Any suspicious cash-ins, in which there may be cause for belief that less than the minimum wagering requirements were made during the claiming of a promotional offer, or for any other reasons at the discretion of the Bingo management, will be audited before being processed.
Invite a Friend scheme
Intended for individual use only and cannot be applied to Webmasters or on a bigger scale.
There is a limit of 15 referrals per month. (Depositors friends per player) Bingo reserves the right to refuse the prize in case either the referrer or the referee has violated any of Moon Bingo's Terms and Conditions. The referee must stand in the requirements for new players.
The invite a friend scheme is appointed only for new Players that are not registered.
By accepting any prize and/or winnings from the Company, promotion winners consent to the use of their full name, the city in which they live, photographs of them and to also provide commentary about winning the prize/tournament for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.
The Company reserves the right to amend these Promotional Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to you. Such amendments will be effective immediately upon being posted in this "Promotional Terms and Conditions" section of the Company's Web site. It is your responsibility to review the Promotional Terms and Conditions on a regular basis.
The Promotional Terms and Conditions contained herein represent the complete, final and exclusive agreement between you and the Company and supersede and merge all prior agreements, representations and understandings between you and the Company with regards to the claiming of any promotional or bonus offers.
Any promotion or offer is terminable at any time in accordance with the views of management without prior notice or obligation. The management reserves the right to disqualify certain countries from promotional offers. Among the countries whose players are disqualified from promotions are those blacklisted in our General Terms and Conditions.
Withdrawal Policy
- The minimum withdrawal amount in Moon Bingo is £30.
- Prior to a first withdrawal, a minimum of £10.00 must be deposited. In addition, a player must make at least one Bingo or Instant Game wager, to qualify for a withdrawal.
- The maximum single win for non funded players in all the games is £75. If the win is more than £75, the player will be entitled to £75 and the remainder will become void.
- A player can request up to 10 withdrawals per day.
- There are daily, weekly and monthly cashin limits. Daily: £1,000, weekly: £2,000, monthly: £3,000.
- It takes up to 8 working days to process a withdrawal. We process all withdrawal transactions 2 working days after your request. Your bank or credit card company may take up to 6 working days from then to complete the process.
