Polo Car Game T&C's:

• • Game plays at 10pm on 30th September, 2010.
• • Min Ticket purchase 1 − max ticket purchase 96.
• • Each ticket for the game costs £2.
• • The Polo Car game is a joint Moon Bingo and Polo Bingo game. There will be one winner in the Polo Car game.
• • By entering the Polo Car promotion you agree to provide us with a valid photo of yourself which we shall only use for publicity purposes associated with this competition (including our website).
• • If there is more than one winner, the prize value, £10,000 will be equally shared between the winners. Example: if there are two winners, they will each receive £5,000. In case of monetary winning, the winning amount will be delivered to the player account up to 14 business days.
• • The free tickets promotion for new players refers to players registered after 10am on July 7th, 2010. All free tickets promotions will end by 20th September 10am.
• • All free tickets will be added by us by 27th September, 2010. Only then a player will be able to see their free tickets for the Polo Car game.
• • Players cannot have more tickets than the max amount of 96 tickets for the Polo Car game, including those that are added for them as "free ticket bonus". If the player overall ticket count exceeds the max tickets of 96 including purchased Tickets, only 96 Tickets will be taken into consideration. No refunds will be made in case a player exceeds the 96 max buy for the Polo Car game.
• • A player can receive up to 7 free tickets. If the player accumulates more than 10 free tickets, only 7 tickets will be taken into consideration on 27th September.
• • The game is open for one account per player on each of the participating sites. If the player holds more than one account in the same site, only one account will take into consideration, and player will lose any other free tickets entitled to him in other accounts.
• • The minimum age of the winner needs to be 18+.
• • The winner will be required to bear any taxes and duties including car related taxes and/or prize draws related taxes conducted in the UK.
• • Players outside of UK will receive the monetary equivalent of the prize, worth £10,000.
• • The prize will be provided at a UK Volkswagen agency. The delivery date will be coordinated with the winning player by a Moon Bingo or a Polo Bingo representative.
• • The winner will receive a VW car, model S 5 door A/C basic. A similar value model will be given if the S 5 door A/C basic model will not be available.
• • The winner has to have an active account on Moon Bingo and/or Polo Bingo at the time of the draw.
• • Each participant has to have a valid credit card and full registration details, including valid home and phone numbers at the time of the draw.
• • Management reserves the right to investigate any fraudulent activity related to the Polo Car draw. The management reserves the right to evoke the prize from the winner if such activity is found.
