How do I play online bingo?

There are two types of bingo games; UK style with 90 balls and American style with 75 balls.
Both types are fun to play. Once you've selected your type of game simply buy some bingo cards, prices start from 1p per card.
A message will appear on the screen to let you know when a game is going to begin.
If you've bought more than 6 cards you can scroll between them by clicking the left and right arrow buttons to view all your cards throughout the game.
You don't have to worry about watching your numbers too much though because our special auto daub feature means you don't have to mark off your numbers as they're called.

How to play 75 ball bingo games?

75 ball online bingo is played using a five square by five square virtual card containing the numbers 1 through to 75 written on it.
Players can get bingo by filling in entire horizontal, vertical or diagonal lines or special patterns.

How to play 90 ball bingo games?

90 ball online bingo is slightly different. The virtual bingo card has three horizontal rows and nine columns with each line containing only 5 numbers for a total of 15 numbers on the card.

What is a Max Buy?

This refers to the maximum amount of cards you can purchase for any single Moon Bingo game. At Moon Bingo you can buy a minimum of 1 card and uo to a maximum of 96 cards in some games.

What is an Auto Daub?

It's a marker to 'dab' your numbers on your bingo ticket as they are called out. A very handy feature of online bingo!

Are my payment card details secure?

We use the SSL Protocol with 128 bit encryption to provide security and privacy between your computer and our servers. This means that before any sensitive data is sent between you and our servers, the data is encrypted before it is transmitted. How do I cash out and get paid?

You can request a payout at any time from the banking section of the members area. Your payout request will be processed after 48 hours. You can also cancel a payout request at any time within those 48 hours.

Do I need to download software to play Moon Bingo?

Absolutely Not! No software downloads needed to use this site. As soon as you've registered, you can just click on Play Now at the top of any page on the site and start the action without downloading anything. Just make sure you have Flash Player 8.0 or above to be able to see the game software correctly.

What should I do if I forgot my username or password?

Don't worry. Just click on forgot username /password in the log in box and we will send your username or password to your email. If you still run into login problem you can contact us for help.

What happens if I have purchased my cards and then get disconnected from the game?

As soon as your cards are purchased, you are in the game regardless of your connection status. The game outcome is generated at our servers and if one of the cards you have purchased is a winner, then you will win. If you get disconnected for any reason and you have purchased cards, then check your transactions in the members area to see if you have won.

Why can I not connect to the chat server?

Our chat servers may be down from time to time, but this is not frequent. Often, if your computer is behind a firewall, the firewall will not allow our chat servers to send messages to you.

Can I keep my card numbers from game to game?

Unfortunately not. In keeping things fair, all cards are randomly generated at the time you request them. If you do not like the numbers of your issued cards, you can simply click the GET NEW CARDS button to get issued with a new batch.

How do I get support?

Feel free to contact us with any questions or support issues. We will endeavor to answer all queries within 24 hours, 7 days a week. We recommend that customers print out all transaction data, rules of the game, terms and conditions and payment methods and keep them in an easily accessible place.
