HELP! I made a deposit but still can't enter the room!:
- Don't close the banking popup window before the 'Thank You' page disappears! Not only are we saying thank you (really and trully from the bottom of our hearts), but the page is important and needs to fully load before you press the X.
- Open another tab! It works like magic - if you open a new tab in the lobby (i.e. Jackpots, 10p, etc) and return back to the 'Free Bingo' tab, this refreshes the page and you can enter the room.
- Deposit with some minutes to spare! Depositing exactly at 11pm or with only a few seconds to spare before the game starts, may result in you being very disappointed that the Daily Dosh doors are closed. Save it, deposit after 11pm and you can enter the next days game. Ta-da!
Please remember that computers aren't humans and we can't always rely on them to do what we want them to do 100% of the time. Rest assured if you can't gain access to this room you can speak with Live Help who can help. Help can help. LOL.
